Hotel accomodation wording

Hotel accomodation wording

I just posted on BHB, but theres more chance tha tMay brides have already done this - I haven't....any suggestions?

I need to say we blocked rooms at xyz hotel, what else do I include?

You should probably include what the name of your party is, I think it's usually Brides last name - Groom last name and the cut-off date.

We made a seperate card dealing with the hotel accomodations. I think this was our wording:

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Long Island Marriot for the My name/FH name wedding.
Please make your reservations by April 20th and call (the phone number).

I think it was worded something to this effect. I don't have the exact wording in front of me.

I just got my proof for my invitations - this is our wording for the seperate card:

Hotel accomodations have been arranged at the Marriot in Uniondale for the (our names)
wedding. Please call (phone#) by April 20th to ensure your room.
