Hotel after the wedding?

Where are you Nassau girls staying. Ive seen Garden City which 500 seems alot and the Roslyn Clarenont. Any other suggestions. I do want something romantic you all know the drill. thanks ladies

I am staying at the Marriott. They have a whole wedding packing with champagne and stawberries in their wedding suite and some other perks. I am not doing all this though since I need to leave for the aiprort only a couple of hours after the wedding ends!!!

Marriott in Uniondale. We went to go look at the suites and they were very nice, and the bed was comfy. It was so funny when we went to go look at the room, Fh had to leave his license at the front desk- I felt like we were doing something dirty.LOL !!! They were a lot less money for 1 night.

thats funny..my GH just called garden city hotel today....i think 500 bucks is a little steep...but in the mix of it all, i dont think he cares! i could use sopme suggestions too ( :

I was just going to call Wingate to block rooms, has anyone looked at their bridal suite?

I am staying at the Roslyn claremont..only because it is directly next door to my reception. I think my suite is 400 with a fireplace. I may be wrong about the price.

I dont know my way around that much but its on Old Northern Blvd in Roslyn..Im in jersey..so I only know how to drive there..its a beautiful hotel!!

we blocked rooms at the Wingate in Garden City fot out OOT guests. Not sure where we will stay, maybe the city.

I booked a regular room w/o the special wedding package at the Garden City Hotel for $250. I don't need any of those extras.

You may want to look into the Inn at Greak Neck.

I used the inn at fox hollow for my wedding night and was really pleased. its all mini-suites and was quite reasonable.

I know its not in Nassau, but I am staying in a beautiful suite at the Huntington Hilton for $250. I am getting married in Nassau but I want to be far away from home on my wedding night.

There is also the Red Roof Inn in Westbury. I heard that it was pretty nice. And there is a Holiday Inn on Old Country Road in Westbury. Supposedly they have some nice rooms.

We're staying at the Wingate Inn... their Bridal Suite is over 900 sq ft (larger than my 1st aptartment ) and it is very nice. It is not overly romantic, but the services they offer exceeded any other hotel welooked at for the price & it is a bit more private w/fewer rooms. I made an appointment with Cynthia & she gave us a full tour. It is a business hotel, so there are no fancy restaurants or anything like in the Roslyn Claremont, but like I said, the service is suoerb & they do have room service & specials for the HMooners.
