Hotel Block

has anyone heard of the hotel charging to give out/put oot bags in the rooms???

I just got my contract from the hotel and they want to charge me $3.00 per oot bag.

I think thats crazy!

Am i just new at this?? Do all the hotels charge this???

I had a hotel say this was their official policy but that they would basically waive it if I asked. You could see if they'll waive it. They probably don't want to lose your business over it.

I have never heard of this, and my hotel did not charge me for this.

Wow..that's crazy...you'd think you're bringing them business b/c of your wedding... and then they plan to charge you to pass a bag over the counter to someone?? balls.....

I just emailed her to see if they would wave the fee... I guess we'll see what happens.

Yup, I've heard of this. They told us when we went to block rooms that so many people give oot bags that they had to start charging. We booked will a hotel that waived the fee. Good luck.
