hotel block

i just did my hotel block and the hotel doesnt have any inserts just business cards...so im thinking i'll do something on vista print

what should i write?? should i include the price??

this is what I put with my STDs (we put hotel block info with them because we have soooo many OOT guests).

Rooms must be booked no later than __________. Rooms can be reserved by calling 1-800-___________ or the hotel directly at _____________. You must mention the ____/_____wedding to receive the discounted rate.
