OK I have no idea what to do with this!! Do u have to pay for the rooms??? What do u have to do when you go visit them? What questions do u ask? I like Four Points by Sheraton. Anyone book there? Lastly, do u have to make an appointment to book?

I booked at La Quinta...I was given a quote over the phone and found of the logistics...went to see the rooms 1 night and called the next day, got a contract and sent it back
Questions we asked:
How many rooms are in the block? Would we get more if we needed more?
What is price per room/how many does each room hold?
Am I responsible for any rooms that aren't booked? Was there a certain amount that had to be booked by guests
Were they charged ahead of time? How do they hold the room?
I think that was about it, after seeing the rooms we loved them and booked..it was a plus that the bar is open until 2 AM since we (FH & I) will probably not be drinking at the wedding we wanted to be able to have a drink of 2 afterwards
