hotel block

So i have 15 rooms held at Fox Hollow the night of my wedding. When I sent out my STD'd i asked people to RSVP on our website and let me know who will need a room. 4 people responded. now i realize its a year out but their are some people, like my family who know if they are staying or not. I'm stressed that were going to need more then 15 rooms. I just called them and they said they could hold maybe 5 more rooms but thats the most they could do and i would have to let them know now. I'm really stressed about this. I know were going to need more rooms i just know it and then people are going to be pissed that theirs none left.
I spoke with the manager and asked if i let him know like today if we can go back on the block and he said he would consider it. What do you girls think... should i back out of the block and go to another hotel were we can do a bigger block without being lyable for the rooms that dont get booked? I'm also nervous because i hear that Fox Hollow is really strickt about noise and i want to be able to have some sort of after wedding party after the wedding. I'nm thinking maybe moving out block to the Vianna... what should i do?

I am also doing my room block with Fox Hollow. Since you have to guarantee 60% of your room block and I being very cautious about the number of rooms I have on them. I have been monitoring who has booked already. As people book I have asked for them to increase the room block by a room or two. They will do it as long as there are rooms available. They will tell you that you have to do it now so that you get scared and book. Don't fall into their trap!

What I am going to do is if there are not enough rooms for Fox Hollow and there are more people that want rooms, I will do a block at the Marriott on 110. There would not be a shuttle but ok well.... if you did not book like I have been telling everyone to do... you have no shuttle!

Thanks Mara! I think we really might move our block to the Viana hotel. I love that we can overbook and not stress about if theirs enough or too many rooms held. I also like that its cheaper and they have a bar so we can have an after party. My only issue is now were going to have to re-send the hotel info out to everyone =/
