hotel block help!

Hello! I'm looking for a hotel block near East Meadow for next summer and was wondering a few things...

1) Anyone have any suggestions for hotels?

2) For a Sunday twilight wedding (4pm-10pm) do I get the block for Saturday night and/or Sunday night?

3) How does this whole process work?

4) Are we responsible for rooms that aren't filled?

5) Do we include breakfast at the hotel the next day considering it is late-ish but a Monday?

Any help is appreciated - I'm clueless! TIA!

All hotels have different policies so you have to discuss what their room blocking policy is (I am going through this now)

As for how long to hold the block for, you also may want to discuss it through the group sales manager of the hotel. She may have good suggestions.
