Hotel Block Nightmare Part II
So, after the whole mess with this hotel block I finally get the contract in the mail and IT'S WRONG!! OMG!!!! HOW HARD IS THIS?!?!?!
1. My last name is spelled wrong. My last name is 4 letters! It's not that complicated!
2. The contract states the shuttle goes to and from Flowerfields and the Hotel. Yeah...ummm....My reception is at the Brentwood Country Club.
I ripped it up and now I will call other hotels.

So I blocked the rooms for the hotel, or so I thought I did. I called the woman today and I told her I never rec'd the contract in the mail and if that was normal. She was like 'Oh, what's you and your FH's name again?' So I told her. She was like I have no record of ever speaking to you. My response is OHHHH REALLLLYYYY?! Then how do I know that your name is Rachel and that the rooms are $109.00 a night that includes breakfast and have to be booked by August 5 and it comes with a shuttle for 2 round trips and FH and I get a free room if 10 rooms are booked if....I NEVER SPOKE TO YOU?!?!?!?!? It's amazing how stupid people are. She still had the nerve to tell me that maybe I spoke with the Holiday Inn, and I was like you know what maybe I will call them since apparently you really don't want my business...
