Hotel Block sadness (xpost from 2014)

I waited too long to set up my hotel block at the East Wind and now there are only 6 rooms available that night! Of course I booked them, but we have a lot of out of town guests and now I don't know what to do!

Does anyone know what other hotels are out there? I doubt they provide a shuttle but, if I paid for one, how does it work? They do one trip there and one trip back or as many trips as needed? I knew my laziness would bite me in the a$$ at some point.

When we went there to visit the lady said they use like a Holiday Inn out there & I believe she said they have a shuttle (not sure if it was extra). I asked because in case anyone couldn't afford the East Wind price. Def call and ask which hotel they use when they are booked solid

Hotel Block sadness (xpost from 2014) - Long Island Weddings

I live around the area....There is the Holiday inn-Riverhead, the Hilton-Riverhead ,the hyatt in Riverhead and Hotel Indigo East End also in Riverhead all within a 10-15 minute drive of East Wind -If you call i'm sure something can be arranged with a shuttle especially for the Hilton,Holiday Inn and Hyatt.

aw Allison I'm sorry to hear! I dint know the end end that much wish I. could help. they didn't have any suggestions for you? May I also suggest a school bus shuttle instead of the charter or limo buses. someone told me they got a 42 pass full size school bus for 3 hr ( I guess 1.5 hrs before and after) anyway she got out for like $350 or so!!' good luck!!

Thanks! I contacted Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks, just waiting for them to get back to me. It seems easier than calling all over the place.
