Hotel Block VENT

My FMIL is driving me up the wall with this hotel block. For some reason she decided to book 8 rooms when the block first opened up b/c she was scared her friends wouldn't all have rooms. Of course, some of those same friends went and booked their own rooms because they're ADULTS and now we have double rooms. Fine - just cancel them. Except that we have people who now cancelled their only room and are stuck with no room at all. And we have people who want rooms who didn't get any b/c the hotel is booked. Such unnecessary drama that I now have to sort out and deal with.

Sorry you have to deal with that....that was really stupid of FMIL to do that!
