Can anyone help me with the wording for letting your guests know about a hotel block?

Re: Hotel Block Wording
'For your convenience, the XXXX Hotel, Town, New York has set aside rooms for our special occasion. For more information, please contact the reservations department at PHONE #. Reservations must be made no later than 30 days prior to our scheduled affair.'
Now of course they can make reservation up until your wedding as long as there are rooms available, but most places will release rooms that haven't been booked 30 days before the wedding and your guests may not get whatever discounted rate you arranged.

Re: Hotel Block Wording
Hotel rooms have been reserved at a block rate at (Hotel name and phone number).
Rooms must be reserves prior to XXX
(I made it 2 days before the actual hotel deadline. I know I always remember the day AFTER I'm supposed to do something)

Re: Hotel Block Wording
The hotel gave me little cards to mail out with my Save the Dates letting my guests know the rates, directions, etc...on these cards, they can reserve their room, print their credit card information and mail the cards back to the hotel. On my Save the Dates, it says:
'Group Accomodations are being held until 8/15/05 under the Biele/Connestro Wedding Hotel Information Enclosed'

Re: Hotel Block Wording
This is what I wrote:
Hotel Information [Insert Hotel Name] [Insert Hotel Address] [Insert Hotel Phone Number]
We have contacted the [Insert Name of Hotel], which has offered our guests a limited number of rooms for [Insert Wedding Date] at the special rate of $[Insert Price] a night. This rate is only good through [Insert cut-off date]. Please make sure you book your hotel room before [insert cut-off date]. After the cut-off date, the hotel cannot guarantee the special rate, nor guarantee room availability. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card, but you will not be billed until check-out.
Please be sure to mention you are guest of the [Insert your last names, ex: Jones/Smith] Wedding to get the special rate.
Check in begins at [insert time]/Check out is [insert time].
