Hotel Block wording for invitation

The last invite I received was a few weeks ago and it said Hotel Information in big letters
and then said 'Special rate rooms are available for $ amount at the ( name of hotel) , located in ( name of town) , under the ex: Adams/Francis wedding, code ( whatever your room code is) and then the hotel number.

i sent mine out in the middle of july our wedding is new years eve so we needed to stress that rooms will sell out this is what i printed on very fancy vellum paper

make sure you also mention how long the special rate will be given. My hotel said they will honor the rate for up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the wedding. Otherwise they release the block on the rooms and any of my guests calling after that may not get a room and if they do it won't be at that price.

I haven't done any yet but what I will do is:

We have contacted _______ hotel, which has offered our guests a limited number of rooms for the special rate of $____/night. This rate is good from April 25 through May 7. Please make sure you book your hotel room BEFORE April 16, 2004. After that the hotel cannot guarantee the special rate or guarantee they will not be booked by then.
