Hotel Blocks

FH and I have an appointment tomorrow to sign our hotel block contract.

Is there anything I should ask before signing? Anything to keep in mind.

I have already asked if we are responsible for rooms that don't get booked.

Has anyone negotiated for a lower rate or perks?

Definitely ask if there's early check-in, free breakfast, and OOT bags that can be provided to guests.


What hotel are you lookig to look to block?

We are looking at the Hilton on Route 110. I know a lot of people are booked at the Plainview one nearby, but for our venue this is an easier commute.
