Hotel Blocks for Venetian Yacht Club

Hi all...we are booked at Venetian Yacht Club for next summer and need to start figuring out which hotels for hotel blocks. They recommend Courtyard in Farmingdale I was wondering who blocked hotels and where when using the Venetian for reception. Also FH and I would like to stay at a more upscale hotel for our wedding night...any recommendations to one near by??? thanks

My FSIL had her wedding at the Venetian, which is gorgeous btw, and she booked her hotel at the Sheraton in happauge on motor pwky. It was very nice!

Depending what direction you want to go in there is a BRAND NEW Marriot near Duck Stadium in Central Islip. It looks like it should be open any day now it's on Carlton Avenue.

We are booked at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Central Islip. We are getting a one bedroom bridal suite.
