Hotel Blocks Question

Hotel Blocks Question

I'm going to be stopping by CB with a payment tomorrow on my way home from my makeup trial and wanted to go next door to the hotel and try to get my room blocks done and out of the way. Should I call first or do you think it's okay to just stop by?

I think it might be ok to just stop by, though someone may not be available. I know that when I called up for our hotel block they have a separate dept. in charge of room blocks for weddings and larger parties and they may have different hours than the regular staff.

It's worth a shot though - at least you'll get to see the hotel and maybe they will even show you the rooms.

i did mine on the phone only ... didn't take very long ... you can call now and get the paperwork ready, and then go in tomorrow to sign it

I called and spoke with them about pricing etc and then they invited me to come in and inspect the rooms so we did.

So if you are going to be around I say just stop in.

Re: Hotel Blocks Question

They only have 2 suites there.. and there is no discount on them. And actually when you block rooms they arent at a discounted rate.. the rate my guest get when the call is 14 dollars more then online.. its weird.. so i told everyone that i could just to book online. I am not worried about getting a free room since we are getting the suite so the GM can get ready there with FH there and there is no discount of those
