Hi everyone! My fiance and I are trying to finalize all the hotel information for our wedding so we can send our invitations out within the next week. We went to visit the Holiday Inn near Islip Airport but were not impressed! The Islandia Marriott was nice and pretty reasonable but they do not offer shuttle service with the block of rooms. Does anyone know any hotels within central Suffolk county that might offer a free/discounted shuttle service with rooms blocked at their hotel? Thanks for all the help!

The Viana has a free shuttle as long as you get 8 rooms reserved for you block. . It's in Nassau though.

the only one i know of in that area that offers a free shuttle is the holiday inn in ronkonkoma.. however, i have heard some horror stories about that hotel so didn't book it.
ETA: just saw you looked there and didn't like it. i don't know of any others.. sorry!
im using the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge... their rooms rates were VERY reasonable for March.

Did you look at the Courtyard Marriott in Ronkonkoma? It's on the south service road of the LIE, I think it's called the Courtyard Long Island Macarthur Airport online. Don't know how much the shuttle is but I just took it back to the hotel at a recent wedding.

The Courtyard Marriott in Farmingdale has a shuttle.
