hotel booking cards

I blocked off at the Holiday Inn and they sent me cards to include in the invites. I just blocked off at the Red Roof Inn and they don't do that anymore. Any ideas of something I can make to include?

thanks

how big are your driving directions, or the ones Holiday Inn supplied?

Holiday Inn cards are small enough like the invites. Didn't print directions yet! Should I make those small too>? I'm panicking....I have to send these in 3 weeks.

ETS: what if I make a booklet (like a tiny program?)

I had my invitaion company print out cards with directions on one side and hotel info on the other. You could just buy paper that matches your invites and print them out yourself.

You can buy little 4 x 6 cards from Staples or Office Max and print them on that. Or you can get thicker colored paper in a cream or other color you like and print about 6 hotel info cards on a sheet and bring them to Kinko's or MinuteMen Press - they'll cut them for you.

My suggestion is to use lightweight paper since the post office charges you per ounce for postage on your invitations.

In fact, if anyone didn't know this (I didn't!) you should take one invitation with you to the Post office that is all done and sealed w/ everything inside and have them weigh it so to determine how much postage each will need. Then they sell you the amount you need to put on the rest.

That's why I suggest lightweight paper as opposed to an index card, which is a bit more dense and therefore a bit heavier.
