I booked a block of hotel rooms and was wondering if those little cards I've received in other invites with the rate, directions to the hotel, parking info, etc. Who provides that? Should I call the hotel and see if they can print some? or Is that up to me to get done?
Thanks!!!!

Re: Hotel Cards?
The hotel usually prints them up and sends them to you. Call and ask.

Re: Hotel Cards?
The hotel we're using sent them to us - just call and ask.

Re: Hotel Cards?
When I booked my rooms one hotel sent the card automatically and the other I had to call and ask.
I would just give them a call and request the cards.

Re: Hotel Cards?
I got cards sent to me so that I can put them in the invites. Def. ask your hotel to make sure.

Re: Hotel Cards?
The hotel gave us ours but they were generic, nowhere to put our names or the room rate. I'm printing up my own on a 3x5 card and on one side doing the hotel and the other putting the directions. My MOH did this for her wedding - it worked out great.

Re: Hotel Cards?
The hotel sent them to us. They are nothing special just copies of a standard card-They have a blank for us to fill in our names. I am considering making nicer ones.

Re: Hotel Cards?
I made MUCH nicer ones instead of filling out the rate on all of the blank ones the hotel provided.

Re: Hotel Cards?
Depending on where you're getting your invites done, you can always get a custom insert printed for accommodations. Or use vista print and slip them in yourself if they don't provide them.

The hotel should supply that for you

The hotel supplies them for you but I think my FMIL is re-typing them and printing them on cards to make them look nicer.

Re: Hotel Cards?
I emailed the hotel and they are mailing them to me....so I will see how they look and decide to either keep em or make better ones.

Re: Hotel Cards?
It was a big hassel for me to get in tough with someone to send them to, but I did. And they came, but they are on reguarlar paper, black and white ink, and i have to write in all of the info. So, I asked Tessa if she could make me an insert.

Re: Hotel Cards?
how big are everyone's cards? when i picked them up from the hotel, i was really surprised and a little frustrated--they're about 2 1/2'x5' and therefore don't fit in the envelope i had to fold them
