HOTEL EMERGENCY - SOLVED!!!

So we just got word that our hotel is booked with other groups, and we only have 11 more rooms in our block, meanwhile we have like 30 more people who need rooms!!!!!!!!!!!

I am flipping out. Now I have to set up another block at a new hotel and organize the shuttle, etc.

Also, we're telling people to book the remaining rooms now, but it's so far in advance, they're like 'why??'

Please someone kill me! TIA!!!

UPDATE: I remembered that the Hilton was right next to the Extended Stay hotel, so I called them and was able to reserve 20 rooms there for $10 cheaper/night! Woot! Crisis averted!

they should have mentioned something to u when u made ur room block?

they can't increase the block b/c there are no more rooms in the hotel available!

you can just get a close-by hotel like the Melville Marriot or the Four Points Sheraton ... the shuttle will just make a 'pit stop' at the other hotel and it won't waste much driving time

try the courtyard marriot ask for brian... tell him his cousin (little) megan referred you.. if he knows whats good for him, he'll help you out.
