FH's uncle is paying for our hotel for the HM for us. However, it turns out that the room he booked has 2 TWIN BEDS! I've called the hotel & they said that for extra $ we can get a king size bed... How can I go about getting them to give us a comped upgrade? Should I wait until we are there or do i call and point blank ask them for an upgrade?

Yeah dont wait... Call them up and say you realize that there are twin beds and you would like a king.. mention that it is your honeymoon like 200 times and just ask if there is anyway they can upgrade you..
if not then I would just pay the difference.. (is it a big difference)??

Oh it's not a big difference at all...it would only be a lil over $100 out of our pockets, since we cant ask that his uncle pay for the extra. I thought hotels give upgrades all of the time..so ive been calling them each day with no luck of talking to an actual person at the hotel itself.
