How do you know if people booked rooms but didn't asked to be put under your block? I want to make sure all of our guests get gift bags at the hotel, but I'm worried some peopel won't know to ask for our block of rooms.

Re: Hotel Guests for the wedding
Your hotel should have given you cards to enclose in your invitations that say the blocking code or name. For example, the Hilton gave us cadrs that we enclised in our STDs that said the phone number of the hotel, the price they were giving us, and the Blockname (which is Bridelastname-Groomlastname Wedding).

Re: Hotel Guests for the wedding
I asked my hotel the same thing!
I got a list of all the guests and if there are people missing they can look them up and add them to the list for giftbags no problem.

Our hotel just gave us cards, no block name or number on it. And aside from asking each guest if they are staying over, I'm not sure how we will know.

Guests usually call up and say: 'ab & cd's wedding' - and the hotel will usually put them under the block.
You can also call your hotel as it gets closer to confirm how many rooms are reserved under the block.
