I am looking for hotels in the 5 towns area, or not far from it, to do a block of rooms. Any good suggestions? I'm not from NY so I'm doing a lot of long distance planning! Thanks

Re: Hotel help
I don't know the area but I sometimes use Yahoo for that. Put in a area or addy in their maps page and then they have options to show nearby restaurants, hotels, etc. They don't always show all of them tho...I also checked the sites of hotel chains and looked at their locations page to see where they were located. I ended up choosing Wingate Inn in Garden City even tho my ceremony is in Roslyn and reception is in Woodbury. Nicest hotel for the best price! Good luck!

Re: Hotel help
For the 5 towns area, you could probably look into any hotel in the JFK airport area, since it's about 10 -15 minutes away. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
