Hotel Information Postcards - Do you like them?????? (x--post)

I am looking to order my Hotel Information postcards through Vistaprint. This is what I have so far. I am looking to send these out with my STD magnets. There is a lot of information on the card, but do you think it looks okay?? Technically I could also print on the back of the card; however, I would prefer all of the info to be on the front (it will have a glossy finish). Also, do you think the wording sounds okay? Is there anything you would change, add, or delete?? (The room rate is not filled in so of course that would be added) Also, do you think the card looks nice?? TIA!

Jessie - I used some of the language that you used on your hotel info cards...I hope you don't mind!!

eta: some of the spacing may be off but I will make sure it is fine before ordering

The only thing I would do it centerize the text, because I'm anal. But the wording is great and everything!

ITA, I think they look great however I'd either center the text, or maybe justify it (is that what it's called?) to space everything our more evenly. Other than that, the wording and everything is great!

Hi Ellie,
I noticed that your wedding location is at the Old Field Club. My fiance and I are going to look at that venue this weekend. My only hesitation is they quoted us at 130/person for a Saturday night in May or June which is a little over our price range. Were they accommodating when it came to negotiations? I'm just wondering if they would work with us to get it closer to our budget? Online the place looks beautiful so I don't want to fall in love with it just to find out we can't afford it.
Thanks for the info and congratulations.

PS. I think the postcards look good but maybe play with the wording so it's not so long. You could always give them your wedding website address to get more information.

Hi Stacey!

When we booked last summer OFC was not negotiable on the price at all. FH and I really tried to the point that I cried once in the car after FH and I left OFC after one of our negotiation meetings because they wouldn't budge at all and they were out of our price range. We tried to negotiate two or three different times in person. We eventually just gave in and booked with them even though it was more than we wanted to spend. It was my dream RH so I couldn't get it out of my mind! However, the banquet manager that was there when we booked (Tom) has since left. There is a new manager, I believe his name is Matt, and he may be more willing to negotiate with you. Tom did throw in valet parking for free, and also gave us a discount on vendor meals, so it may be easier to negotiate with smaller details. Good luck at your meeting!!! OFC is an absolutely GORGEOUS hall and is so unique. If you do fall in love and they are out of your price range, you could always book a Friday or Sunday (maybe the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend so most people will have off the next day - I wanted that date but it is my parents wedding anniversary so I decided against it) OR you could cut back on other details of your wedding to make up the difference in cost. If you have any other questions feel free to FM me. Please let me know how your meeting goes!!

Thanks girls!

Do you think the font would be too small if I made it a teeny bit smaller so that the paragraphs are a little more spaced out???
