Hotel itinerary

Is this ok - we are putting a letter in the oot bags stating the bus times. Do you think people will know they need to take one bus or the other to the reception?

We have arranged bus transportation from the hotel to the church and the reception. Please see below for schedule.

On Sunday morning you are invited to join us for a hot breakfast buffet from approximately 8:30 -11:15 am., in the hotel restaurant.

If you have any questions regarding information on special activities, shopping, and restaurants in the Woodbury area, please contact the front desk.

Bus Schedule

1:45 p.m. – depart for Our Lady of Hope Church

After ceremony return to Holiday Inn - relax and have some refreshments

6:25 p.m. – Depart for Woodbury Country Club
7:00 p.m. – Depart for Woodbury Country Club

12:45 p.m. – Return to Holiday Inn
1:15 p.m. – Return to Holiday Inn – Continue the party in the Hotel Bar

question because I have to do mine, too. Are you writing 'Continue the party in the hotel bar' - and are the guests paying for their own drinks there? I'd like to write that, too - but we're not footin' the bill for that!! We're broke!!! lol
