hotel not far from JFK

hotel not far from JFK

Our reception ends at 1am at Woodbury Country Club and our flight is 7am from JFK. (I know, we're crazy but it's the best we could do w/ needing to get back for work.)

I have to figure out where to stay...somewhere between Woodbury and JFK. Would you stay closer to the airport? Or just get straight to the nearest hotel? I'm just worried about us making the flight.

What to do? Where to stay? We don't need anything fancy since we'll only be there for a few hours - a standard hotel will do (we're going all out for the honeymoon).

Please help!

There are so many hotels by JFk. I know off hand there is a courtyard and a ramada.

We stayed at the Doubletree JFK the night before our 8am flight to the DR. Best $200++ we spent! Made everything so easy. They had a free shuttle that dropped us right at our terminal in the morning too. Nice hotel, VERY comfortable bed and pillows...we conked out as soon as we hit the mattress!
