hotel price question

The hotel we are blocking rooms at said the price per room will be $130 unless we have 10 rooms, in which case it will be $115. We wanted to send the hotel info out with our STDs (going out this weekend!). How would we phrase that?

Hotel Name
Reservation Number
Price: $130 (if over 10 rooms are booked, the price will be lowered to $115).


Does that sound okay? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Can you block the rooms? A lot of hotels allow you to block rooms and then release them again a few weeks before with no $ penalty. can you do that? If you do they'll give you cards with all the info on them to include in the STD's.

Or do 10 rooms have to actually be booked to get that rate?
