Hotel Question 4 guests-HELP

I am not sure where to block off rooms....

Church is in RVC @ 3-4:30
Wedding is in Syosset @ 6
We live in LB and will most likely stay at home the night of the wedding.

We will have a shuttle after the wedding transporting people back to RVC and LB but not going to wedding after Church, other then the wedding party.

Where should I block off the rooms?

If you reserve a hotel near your reception hall they may run a free shuttle to and from the reception. I booked a hotel within a few miles of my reception hall and as long as I have 10 rooms booked they will provide a shuttle that will bring the guests to the reception and pick them up when it is over.
