hotel question

I'm not going to directly mention the hotel name (again) or the person's name on here. . .but you might be able to figure it out based on where my RH is (and it's not the RH's inn that I'm talking about).

Okay. . .so after two months of calling, I FINALLY got a photocopy of the room blocking contract in the mail this weekend. However, they still haven't sent me the shuttle contract, which was supposed to be included. The person that I'm dealing with is remarkably rude and condescending. . .when I call tomorrow, how can I say 'if you don't send me my shuttle contract TODAY, everything is off with your hotel'? Maybe I'm not putting it correctly, but I'm SICK of getting the run-around from her.

i don't know who it is b/c I'm not from LI so I have no idea what is close to anything. But I would DEF say that. There are plenty of vendors out there, that you don't have to be dealing with rude ones.

I dont know who you are dealing with but i would basically try to go over this person's head.. call the main number and ask for a manager in reservations and tell them..tell him or her whats going on and that you are taking your business elsewhere ... they will probably give you free something in your room.

I booke our room blocks with the Inn at Great Neck and they were totally professional. The sales rep emailed me back within 5 mins and seriously I was bugging her with questions and she always emailed me back right away. Very professional and friendly.
