Where is there a nice holiday inn or ramada inn? I'd prefer a cute little town or somewhere on the water if possible. We won a 2 night stay at any holiday inn or ramada inn in the U.S. and we have no idea where to go! We possibly want to use it for our mini-honeymoon. TIA!!

I'm not positive about this at all, but try googling Connecticut Holiday Inns. I feel like CT is very tiny, and if you're looking for something on the shore you could probably find it!

probably somewhere i could drive to easily since it will only be for a few days...i really like the holiday inn in bar harbor maine but it got really bad reviews on trip advisor

Fh and i stayed at the ramada in Niagra Falls and it was very nice it over looked the falls on the canada side, plus there is so much to do around there now. I was looking for a pic of the room and i dont have a good one, the only thing is room sorta small because the hotel is round, the room is all windows, really cool. The first pic is a view from our room and the second is a view of the ramada from the bottom.

I just booked a mini vacation at Niagra Falls at the holiday inn. There is also one on the US side of the falls. You don't need a long vacation to see/do all of what that area has to offer. you can also get there either by car (ROAD TRIP!!!) or Amtrak.

That is awesome...congrats! I would def look into the one in Niagara. FH and I flew via JetBlue to Buffalo and drove across the boarder. It was great. We stopped at the Original Buffalo Wing place too... We personally enjoyed the Canadian side more the NY side. But we did all the touristy things to do and had a lot of fun. Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, etc. The Sheraton or HIlton have great views there.

Holiday Inn or Sheraton in Boston. You can ferry it all over or take a short drive to places, go whale watching, hit a clambake, enjoy Faneuil Hall, etc. Aways a great choice and its a 4 hr drive.
