Hotel questions for brides doing hotel bags

Dear Family and Friends,

Welcome to our wedding celebration! We are so thrilled to have you here to celebrate this special occasion with us.

Here is some information that we hope will make your weekend more enjoyable:

Saturday Evening

There will be shuttles going from the hotel to the reception starting at 5:15 sharp. The last shuttle will depart promptly at 5:45. The shuttles will pick you up directly in front of the hotel. Remember that not everyone can get on the later shuttles, so please make an effort to take the earlier shuttles if possible.

The shuttles will be making return trips to the hotel at the end of the affair beginning at midnight. If you prefer to drive to the reception, directions from the hotel are enclosed.

Following the reception…
If you are not ready to end your evening, The Pub (located inside the hotel lobby) is open until 2:00 a.m. We hope to see you there!

Sunday Morning

Checkout is at noon.

A full breakfast buffet ($15 per person) is available at the Jesters Court Café (located inside the hotel lobby) from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Other Suggested Activities

? The Health Club and Pool are open for your enjoyment beginning at 7:00 a.m. for a minimal fee.
? If you are feeling adventurous, New York City is only 25 miles away! The front desk can provide directions.
