Hotel Recommendations! OOT Guests!

Trying to recommend a hotel for 1 of my out of town guests. They are arriving a few days early and wanted to spend a few days around the city. Does anyone have any suggestions? They are looking for a more budget friendly place that can get them into the city. I personally have not stayed at any hotel by the airport or in the city?

They are open to airport locations, in the city, Long Island. etc... They just want close to transportation to get them into the city and decent priced.

Please help!

I thought it would turn out horrible but since it was the only one close to the church I had no choice.

Adria Ramada Inn in Bayside- my OTT guests said it was fine and the price was right. Plus the express bus to Manhattan or the Q13 to the 7 train stops right out front. My friends thought it was very convienent.

You can usually get it for around 100 a night if you book early on the website.
