Does anyone have samples of hotel reservation cards sent to guests with the invitations they could post? I received cards from my hotel, but I really don't like the design. They also mention the price of the room per night, which seems a bit tacky to include with the invite.
Thanks!

Re: Hotel Reservation Cards
I don't have a scanner so I can't post mine, but they were done VERY nicely by the LI Hilton. They do mention the group rate, but I feel that information belongs there. Guests need to know how much they can expect to pay per night.

Re: Hotel Reservation Cards
Thank you for responding! I'm probably going to redo them on Microsoft Publisher and get them printed myself, along with the direction cards (the ones I had gave no directions to get to LI, and very little once the guests take a certain exit off the LIE). Actually, the mention of the price on the hotel cards isn't so horrible, but the cards are just plain ugly.
The direction cards drove me nuts yesterday. It was my first wedding meltdown! FH and I worked on them for awhile, looking at other sites' directions, checking the maps, etc. Then, when we were about to save the file, there was a problem with Word, and the whole file crashed. We lost everything we had done. A reminder to save as I go...

Re: Hotel Reservation Cards
Thank you so much! I love the wording on yours. My cards were physically unattractive, and I didn't like the way they were written. I'll probably print or copy this on a small card I'll make myself. The directions I received to the hotel seemed fine though, so that I'll leave alone.

Re: Hotel Reservation Cards
I don't have a picture, but as far as price goes, his family is from Ohio and we gave OOT guests 3 to choose from so I wanted them to be able to tell what the difference in price was on each, plus I want to make sure they got the group rate that they were entitled to. I don't think it's tacky in and of itself. I guess it depends on how it's presented.

I think it's important to mention the price of the hotel!

The hotel res. cards were the greatest, but I didn't feel that I had to redo them.

Re: Hotel Reservation Cards
We included the rate on ours. I want my guests to know they are getting a better rate than they would if they booked themselves and to be able to compare.

Re: Hotel Reservation Cards
I was planning on creating something like this on cardstock to match my save the dates.
