Hotel Room Block problems!
So I went on Hotelplanner.com to get bids on my wedding block. I got 7 back and the hotel I want gave me an awesome price. So I get a call from them and they now quoted me $40 per room because of the shuttle even though my RH told me that the shuttle is included.
So I call the RH and they said thats weird let me call the hotel. So I get a call back from the RH and he says oh well the new rate is a great rate and its the best they can do. So I say well wasnt the first price a little misleading and he said NO! I think when someone was quoted $40 less and was told by an RH the shuttle was included then its misleading. I guess its not really included huh! I am not paying for the rooms but I want my guest to get the best rate possible.
