Hi, I was wondering when I am supposed to block hotel rooms and if anyone has used any hotels near the Watermill. If so, please tell me what you think. Also is this info supposed to be included with the STD magnets or is the info ok in the invitation only? I am clueless, Thank you!

I would do it as soon as the hotel would allow it. I would also put the necessary information in the STD cards because some people like to be early.

As soon as possible. You'd be amazed at how quickly they fill up - especially holiday weekends...

went to a wedding there and we stayed at the Wyndam Wind Watch. since its a holiday wknd, i'd try to send the info w the STD...

I have afriend getting married 7/2/05 and I know she already booked her hotel and actually couldn't get enough rooms at the one because they were already booked.

I sent the Hotel info in the STD's. I will also include it in the invitations.
