How is everyone running their hotel shuttle from the reception for out of town guests? We have the hotel to reception figured out, but now I'm doubting my plans for the way back.
do you mean timing? i'm thinking an 1145 & 1 1215 run (ends at 12)
I guess timing and vehicle. The plan is: reception ends at 12, we're planning on after hours at the venue (I hope!) until 1. We're going to do a 16 passenger shuttle running back and forth from 11:30 to 1:30. I guess I'm just worried that a lot of people will want to leave at the same time and will just have to wait.
we only get 2 runs of 12 people each so we will have to assign shuttle times!
we have a lot of out of town family, so it could potentially be a big crew going back to the hotel! i think we're going to assign shuttle times on the way to the reception and it's just a free for all on the way back :)
