Hotel Shuttle
I'm am planning on starting to look into limos and a hotel shuttle. I haven't done it yet but was wondering what a realistic price for a hotel shuttle is? I will be using it to shuttle people from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and after the reception. Does anyone have any quotes they can share or an average price so I have some idea before I start calling around?

Have you checked with your hotel to see if they provide a free shuttle? I know some do.

We were quoted around $500 for a shuttle, but luckily we switched hotels and our new hotel is providing us with a shuttle as long as we block a minimum of 10 rooms.

The Courtyard Marriott on 110 in Farmingdale is the hotel we are using. And Camelot (who we are using for our limos) quoted us that estimate for a shuttle through them.

I was quoted around $500 as well. That was for a two hour window to shuttle people from the hotel to the venue and then a two hour window to shuttle people from the venue back to the hotel.

Re: Hotel Shuttle
Can you tell me what company quoted you that? Every place that I have called has been around 1000 for a 35 person shuttle to make one trip back and forth.

Camelot. I spoke with them on Wednesday. It was for a 14 passenger van which can make loops for 2 hours going and then 2 hours coming back.'Our most standard from of shuttle transportation is a 14 passenger shuttle van that we run as a 2 hour carousel shuttle. The van will make as many trips as possible within a 2 hour time frame moving 14 guests at a time. The 14 passenger van shuttle runs $225 each way (Plus Tax). Your Round trip shuttle would be $489.'

I'm using Camelot as well, we booked them for our car&limo bus for the wedding and figured it was easiest just to add the shuttle with them as well.

I am going to be using Four Points Sheraton in Plainview and they are providing a free shuttle for guests to and from the venue, with a block of 10 rooms. If you use less than 10 rooms though they offer it at a discounted rate based on how many.Welcome New Vendors
