I am looking for a reputable company that can accomodate about 60-80 people to and from the reception from the hotel. I am thinking I need a coach bus or maybe 2-3 30 passenger shuttles. Please recommend your vendor. Thank you so much!

im using royalty and have the party bus but maybe u should look into a bus company maybe greyhound or something..idk i just think a limo company might be expensive? hth sorry

Try calling a taxi place, they will be able to lead you to a place that has buses..

Try Suffolk Transportation, I believe they are located in Bay Shore, we use them to run our shuttle bus at work and have all different types of buses and shuttles. If you can't find a number for them FM me and I'll look at my contract at work tomorrow.

i booked a shuttle bus through dynasty limos. They have shuttle buses you can reserve in 3 hr blocks and they also have 12 passanger vans

I am using coachman limo. I am getting a 56 passanger coach bus. They will make as many trips as I need.

I just booked with the BusBank. I'm getting a 55 passenger coach bus for the whole day to go back and forth 10 minutes between the hotel and reception - even for the bridal party since it's only a 10 minute ride. They charged me $1460 for the day. I wanted something big enough to accomodate 100 people and not have to make more than 2 trips back and forth to the wedding and back so people aren't waiting hours for the bus.

DO NOT USE COACHMAN!!!! They are horrible!! We used them to shuttle people from our hotel and back and thank god i had an hour and a half cocktail hour. They showed up 1.5 hrs late at the hall!! My guests had a half hour of cocktail...if I didnt extend it they would have missed it!! The driver was at the wrong hotel and the hotel confirmed this! When we called to complain they were giving us the run around and then said they wouldnt give any $ back bc they had a flat..which was BULL!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
