I'm looking to possibly provide transportation for my guests from the hotel to the reception at the Westbury Manor. We were interested in staying at the Fox Hollow Inn. I contacted some limo companies and they gave me outrageous prices, and the Fox Hollow does not provide it. Has anyone does this before for a reasonable price, or do you know of any hotels that provide transportation??

we are using our limo company (they have a van) All County limo. FH took care of this so i'm not sure exactly what it cost but I'm sure its not more than a couple of hundred?

FH and I wanted to do the same thing for our guests. Our wedding's in Suffoik...but we just called Lindy's taxi company and asked if they coudl provide a van....I think FH said they'd charge 100-200. good luck!

the wingate in westbury provides free shuttle for a 3 mile radius. they charge anything further than that. but i don't think a lot. westbury and garden city are fairly close.

I know!! I was excited about the Wingate, but of course the hotel is booked solid the weekend of my wedding...I never thought about a taxi service though...hmmm

I'm actually going from Wingate to Westbury Manor as well and they told me that they can't provide transportation to my guest unless i have reserved a min. of 15 rooms? :(
Where did you get your information? Would they really transport guest to WM no questions ask? It's like a 5 min. drive at most

the hotel i am using for my oot get a shuttle to the hall and back for free comes with the hall
