Who are you girls using? La Quinta only give you a bus that makes one trip for 14 people (which makes no sense since you have to book 15 rooms to get it in the first place and at 2 people - at least - per room we're already short) so I have to find another shuttle.

I'm having the same problem. Tran-Star (vendor on here) quoted me a shuttle bus (30-32 passengers) for $450.

I may not meet the minimum of my hotel either (Courtyard by Marriott).. . We got a quote from Camelot to do p/u and d/o for 2 hrs before and then 2 hrs after for 400

we used Camelot.. worked out to be cheaper than the shuttle the hotel offered. they ran 2 hours before and 2 hours after the reception
