hotel/direction sheet

hotel/direction sheet

Okay, so i was planning on printing up little sheets of paper that will have all the hotel information on it as well as directions. What weight paper should I use?

I was planning on buying light blue paper, normal weight or a little bit heavier and then printing the information so it fits on a third of the page. My invitations are long and narrow so i figured this would fit in the envelope nicely.

Should I use white paper vs. light blue?

Should I make it smaller than 1/3 of the page? what is the 'normal' size, should i do it as 1/6 of a page?

What else should go on the sheet other than hotel info and directions or should they each be on a seperate piece of paper?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for the answers

Your hotel didn't provide direction cards?

I used white cardstock from micheals (I'm pretty sure that white is the only one that comes by itself in a package of 50 sheets for $4 - all the colors come in a variety pack)...and the plus about white you can print the maps (or other things you want to emphasize) in color...I cut my cards to the size of my invitations and put hotel info on one side and directions on the other...it took up a lot of room because I made everything more confusing then it needed to be but I think they looked really nice in the end...HTH

ETA pic...the two sides are shown here on the bottom...sorry they are a little cut off

They did but I blocked rooms at one hotel but wanted to give information on other hotels in the area as well and thought it would be nice to just make it all neat on one sheet.
