So we looked at hotels for the room blocks yesterday....we pretty much narrowed it down to two....they're goin to call with qquotes tomorrow...keep ur fingers crossed for good prices!!

Keeping my fingers crossed!! I just booked my hotel. I didn't have many choices. It is a nice hotel, nothing too fancy. I wanted to keep the cost down for my guests.

the holiday inn or hilton garden both in ronkonk. I like the suite better at the holiday inn and the bar/rest area better too, but well see about prices. didnt want anything too fancy because costs generally go up and our crew is a lil rowdy for a nicer place .. hahaha... and its literally a stone throw from mac arthur for our MANY OOT guests. so we're happy....well see... then its time to make the hotel cards (unless we get them? hmm.. good question to ask when they call!)

GL. I'm checking out the Holiday Inn Express next weekend. Went to Sheraton this past Saturday, and the rooms are nice, but the bar is ridiculously over-priced. And not much of a selection. So hope it works out for you!
