When meeting with hotels to discuss blocks... any questions i should def ask?

make sure you don't have to give a credit card or guarantee a number of rooms...bc they will charge you if they dont get filled

is there a bar? how late is it open?

do they do a brunch the next day?

do they provide shuttles for the guests to the wedding?

make sure all unbooked rooms just get released back to the public and that you're not under ANY obligation for any number of unsold rooms.

Ask if bride/groom get free upgrade

Make sure you ask if they are planning any renovations, selling the place or anything that can interfere with your wedding.
