Does anyone know of close hotels by Smithtown Landing Country Club?

I am using the Islandia Marriot on Expressway Drive North. It's not that far from SLCC and is much better than the hotel they work with on Vet's Highway.

How far in advance did you book? Did you have to leave a deposit? Do they offer the complimentary shuttle service? Thanks!

I'm booked with the same hotel. I had issues booking my block though because I did it more than a year in advance (its a holiday weekend) but it all worked out. They kept telling me it would be up in a week two would go by and it wasn't. When I'd call again they would say it was up and when I went to reserve my room it wasn't up so I had to keep on top of them to get it up. No biggie, it was up before the STDs went out. There is no fee if you don't book all your rooms but if you do book all 10 you get the suite for the reduced price your guests will pay for their room. They don't offer a shuttle but will give you the name of a company they use and claim they give you a discount if you mention you are booked with that hotel. I called (yet again over a year out) and they weren't very helpful and told me to call back a month or two before. They don't offer breakfast free but allow you to pay for it. HTH
