just got invited to a wedding at fow hollow & was curious if any FH brides knew of a hotel to crash at other than the inn at fh? looking for something less expensive! tia!

I recommend teh Marriott Residence Inn in Plainview. Its like 5 minutes away. Really easy to get to. We just used this hotel for my wedding this past weekend at Crest Hollow which is a little further away from the hotel than Fox Hollow.
There's an Executive Inn in Woodbury, as well as a Best Western.

There's also the Fairfield Inn right on Jericho Tpke in Syosset.

I think the executive inn runs a shuttle to the fox hollow, its also just right down the road...

I think Garden City Hotel is closed by. I know when Dh's cousin got married last April, she sent out hotel accomodations and it had both Foxhollow & gareden city hotel.
Marriot is pretty close too. Thats where we were originally staying the nighr of the wedding then we changed it to The Inn at Fox Hollow
All of them are going to be in the $150-200 range especially on a weekend. . .

I second this! We stayed here when my FH's best friend got married - they stayed at Fox Hollow and we saved half by staying at the Marriott Residence Inn. I think we paid like $125-150 a night on Memorial Day weekend.
