Think we are going to book EASt Wind....umm...the prices we got for the hotel are very steep for our guests...so we are searching other routed....ANy idea how far hampton Inn Brookhaven (in Farmingville) is? I am not real familiar with that area....
Was thinking maybe getting a block of rooms at Barons Cove in Sag Harbor (my Hometown) and then chartering a bus......
any suggestions or ideas would be great!

There is the Hampton Inn and Radisson at 63 and the Comfort Inn at 64.
We booked the Radisson because of the bar- Hampton Inn has a noise thing but the prices were the same

I blocked the Hmpton Inn Brookhaavaen for my guests. It was $129 or $139 a night. Ithught that was good. They aalso give transportation for your guests toaa and from the reception

I think the 2 hotels off exit 63 are fairly close.... but I believe there is a Ramada in Riverhead...

Best Western East End is in riverhead exit 72 right off LIE behind outlets - we stayed their our wedding night with a few guests
exit 63 is probably about 35 to 45 minutes away from East Wind

TaraLynn, the transportation to/from (as far as I knew) was only a deal with GIORGIOS and ONLY if you book 10 rooms or more....

Hampton Inn will do transportation if you book enough rooms I believe.

I am also getting married at the EastWind and we booked: The Best Western The Hampton Inn (my bridesmaid works there so we got a good deal). The Holiday Inn Express in StonyBrook-a little further from Wading River but closer to my mom's house which is where the bridal party will be getting ready.

we blocked 10 rooms at Hampton Inn.If all are used they will give free transpotation to Eastwind.
