hotels for oot guests?

What kind of questions are you asking the sales rep at the hotel for your out of town guests? I had a ton of DJ/photographer questions, but can't think of any for hotels! Thanks!

-- what's the cost per room?
-- how many rooms do i get?
-- when does the block 'expire' (rooms aren't reserved anymore)
-- does it include breakfast?
-- does it include shuttle to the ceremony or RH?

-ask if they have a bar
- if they offer a free shuttle to your RH
-Ask them how many rooms you have to guarantee for a block
- if you are responsible for all of the blocked rooms even if they are not filled by your guests
-ETA- how far in advance your guests need to block the rooms before they put them back on the market

Also ask if you do book a certain # of rooms if they will give you a honeymoon suite for free or discounted, or a conference room, or something!

here is not much to ask...
mainly you want to be sure they dont charge you for making a block
you also want to ask what incentives they have (ie: block 10 rooms your room is free for a night)
ask if they have a shuttle or a breakfast if either of those options are necessary
