Ok SO we need to reserve some rooms for the night of the wedding. And I've talked to many brides who found hotels that included shuttle service, a continental breakfast AND had a bar or room for those who want to still drink after the wedding. I have not found any hotels like this.
We are getting married at the North Ritz club and so far I have been to the Fairfield Inn Marriott and your not even allowed to make noise on a Friday night or they throw you out and they had no parking. We also went to the 4 points Sheraton and they were expensive and I have to pay $500 for a shuttle.
Does anyone know of a hotel in the syosset are we can go to???

Re: Hotels for the wedding night- HELP PLEASE!
Our wedding was a month ago today at the North Ritz Club and we used Homewood Suites in Plainview (across the street from the 4points). Its only 10mins away from NRC. We haired Classic Coach Trolley to shuttle everyone back and forth (our guest loved the Trolley). Homewood suites has a conference room that we used for the after party. We were able to bring in everything we wanted (beer, wine, liquor, food, music). It really worked out great. Also the rooms at Homewood Suites are beautiful, big, and clean. There was more than enough food for everyone (we booked 30 rooms) at the free breakfast that the hotel provides daily. We dealt with Maureen McGowan. Call Maureen she is awesome. We originally put 10-15 rooms on hold, Maureen gave everyone even the people that booked the day before the wedding the discounted rate.

Re: Hotels for the wedding night- HELP PLEASE!
We paid $1000 for the Trolley for the whole day. The Trolley picked up the Girls (Nassau) and took them to the church, then took the whole bridal party, parents, grandparents and others to NRC. Trolley then went to the hotel and did 3 runs (Homewood Suites to NRC). Showed up on time and did 3 runs back (NRC - Homewood Suites). I think they got everyone with 2 runs but the driver did a 3rd run just to make sure no one was left behind. My family and friends liked the Trolley so much that my sister who got married 3 weeks after us booked them 2 days before her wedding. Everyone who was staying in the hotel for her wedding was call my mother asking her what time the trolley will be picking everyone up. So she really didn't have a choice. I know she paid a few hundred dollars less than us, but she's on her HM so I’m not sure how much. I think the big reason why everyone loved the trolley was that it was so easy to get in and out of. Shuttle vans would just be to hard for some of our older guest. Also the Trolley was something no one had seen before. Hope this helps. Here is the contact, I’m sure they can work something out with you. Christine Robustello @ Classic Trans. 631-567-5100 ext.226
