Re: Hotels for Wedding Night
We are staying at the Wingate Inn in Garden City, but I also looked at the Andrew Hotel in Great Neck Plaza. Noam is really cool & their price was great, but too far away from where my out-of-town guests will be staying.

I was going to stay at the GCH but I refuse to pay $500 for one night! Instead we are going to stay at the Fox Hollow Inn. I hear its beautiful.

KaylasParents - Garden City hotel a little pricey? Try $600+ pricey
I would love to stay there but I think we'll stay at the Wingate Inn and splurge on the honeymoon.

A friends mom works at the Waldorf Astoria and she is giving me a night there in the honeymoon suite. We will probably have a BBQ on the sunday and head to St. Lucia on monday.

Re: Hotels for Wedding Night
We are having our reception at the East Wind, but the rooms there are outrageous so we are staying at the Hampton Inn in Farmingville. its in between the church and the Hall, and we thought that we could have breakfast with whoever stays over the next morning.

Re: Hotels for Wedding Night
My guests and I are staying at the holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge. I went with them because they provide a shuttle to and from my reception at the Watermill. I thought that was a plus because I have a lot of 'partiers' that I do not want to drive. the 'express' is actually a very large hotel. My Dad's girlfriend is throwing us a brunch the next day. And the more rooms your guests book, the less your suite is!!!!
