I am sorry to keep posting questions, but I want to get a lot of stuff done ASAP so that I wont be crazy wedding plannign during my busy season!
Okay so anyone know of any good hotels near Harbor Links in Port Washington? FH Family is from far away so it will be a significant amount of people looking for rooms.
I want to block something off and look into hotels with the shuttle bus option thing!
Thanks for all of you help!!!

The Roslyn Claremont is probably the closest - The rooms are pretty expensive (I think) - $189 a night for a king. They don't have a shuttle but you can call Deluxe Transportation in Port Washington. We used the Roslyn Claremont and they were very nice. We had a brunch the next day at the George Washington Manor (almost next door).

I booked a block at the Andrew Hotel in Great Neck. Its small (about 60 rooms) but its close to my recpetion which is also at Harbor Links! Roslyn Claremont was more expensive, and wouldnt include rooms with double beds in the block.

They should be able to- ask for Corinne she handles their sales. If you think a lot of people are going to need rooms I would also book a block at the Inn at Great Neck as an 'overflow' hotel-its right down the block from the Andrew- I wish i had done that because they sold out quick!
