anyone know what hotel are good near CLM ... I will be having a lot of OOT guests and i need somthing reasonable ... also i will getting ready at a hotel the day of my wedding sooo ... should i get the bridal suite for 2 nights ... or get a regular hotel room for the night before or just sleep at my parents en ight before and check into the hotel day of ???....
I blocked at CLM vendor hotel Holiday Inn Express. The nearest hotels are Hilton in Huntington and Best Wester Bar Harbour in Mass. Park.
even though iw asnt a CLM bride-- i would recommend the Hilton as well... they'll be able to give you a good deal, and it is a nice place! Contact Cory- more info in my review!!
I booked the Hilton also. Corey has been such a huge help and they gave us a great price. I would warn you NOT to go anywhere near the Holiday Inn Express -- we had a nightmare of an experience with them originally.

Since they are a CLM vendor did they offer shuttle service to/from the hall?

I booked the Hilton also. Corey has been such a huge help and they gave us a great price. I would warn you NOT to go anywhere near the Holiday Inn Express -- we had a nightmare of an experience with them originally.

Could you fm on this. I plan to visit the hotels prior to printing out hte hotel info cards
We used the Four Points by Sheraton in Plainview. We checked out the Mariott and Hilton and neither compared. There is a review with pix in my review. Any questions feel free to FM! Somewhere long long ago I posted a hotel review as well.... I will try to find it and post a link.

We went cheap and got a block of rooms at the best Western Massapequa....not exactly 4 star but we have so many southerners who are just not used to shelling out all the![]()

I feel so bad how expensive it all is!
I should probably get a block at another hotel just to be on the safe side....the rates are just insane.And I can only afford a shuttle at one hotel, obviously.

I am having my guests stay at the Melville Mariott. Great hotel at 129 per night
Try the Sheraton on Motor Parkway in Hauppauge the rate is $109 a night. They have a bar, restaurant and pool for people staying the weekend. I had a tour the rooms are very clean and it has a big lobby.
they're building a brand new Courtyard Marriot on Rt 110 just north of the souther state... that might be nice.
could someone FM me also about the Marriot nightmare? I don't want to make the same mistake. Thanks!
I have since switched to the Courtyard Marriot but its a lot more money but it is closer about $163 i think (just waking up) but you get teh shuttles ten room min.
